Privacy Notice

This notice explains, under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), how personal data shared through cornergroup.co is processed.

1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process

  • Contact details: the name, email address, company name and message you share with us by email or in the site's contact forms.
  • Technical records: the IP address, browser details and date and time recorded in our hosting provider's server logs when you visit the site.

No online payments are taken and no payment details are collected on this site.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

  • Replying to your request and scheduling a meeting: steps necessary to enter into a contract (Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
  • Keeping the site secure and running: our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing and do not use your data for profiling.

4. Sharing

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts the website (Cloudflare Pages).
  • Our email provider: hosts the [email protected] mailbox.
  • Corner Group companies relevant to your request: only where needed to reply to you.
  • Public authorities: where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers. Cloudflare is based in the United States; your data may be processed outside Türkiye. We rely on appropriate safeguards under Article 9 of the KVKK, such as standard contracts announced by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

5. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed to respond to your request and for the retention periods set out in the applicable legislation; it is then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)

You may ask us whether your personal data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to; ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected; ask for deletion or destruction where the conditions of Article 7 are met and for these actions to be notified to recipients; object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

7. How to apply

Send your request by email to [email protected] or in writing to Mehmet Ali Paşa Mah. Ogün Sok. No:1, Kocaeli, Türkiye. We handle requests free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
